Storage & Reuse

Want to enjoy your simmer pot again? As long as the ingredients haven't burned, allow the mixture to cool completely. Transfer the ingredients and remaining water into a clean, airtight container and refrigerate promptly.

Reuse within 24 hours by returning the mixture to a saucepan and reheating to a gentle simmer. Add fresh water as needed. Discard if you notice any off odors, cloudiness, or mold.
